The items purchased during the sales period can be changed with different models, sizes or colors taking into account stock availability.

Please send an e-mail to info@adamantbeachwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order specifying the problem / change / refund you want to proceed with. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags. They must also be returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packing and accessory equipment) and the attached tax documentation.

• If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order We will send you the new item on the arrival of your parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you valid a full year.
• If the price of the item is superior to your original order A bank transfer is required in order to make up the difference. The data relating to the transfer will be communicated via e-mail to the customer. Please allow 4-5 days for processing.
• If, on the other hand, you wish to opt for a return with a refund, upon receipt of the product a bank transfer will be made within 24 hours with a 100% refund.

The management and shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer. The shipment must be traceable through a tracking number, as Adamant is not responsible for delays or loss of packages.

All international returns must bear the words "Return of Italian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. Without this wording, the return may not arrive at its destination or incur additional costs.
